返金および返品ポリシー/Refund and Return Policy

自費出版という性質上、お客様のご都合による返金・返品はできません。ご注文前によく内容をご確認のうえご注文ください。

「決済を間違えて2度行ってしまった」などの場合にのみ、片方をキャンセル処理いたします。
その場合は決済金額の3.8%（小数点切り捨て）を差し引いた金額をお戻しいたします。

Due to the nature of self-publishing, refunds and returns based on customer preferences are not possible. Please carefully review the content before placing an order.

Only in cases such as "accidentally made duplicate payments," we will process the cancellation of one of the transactions. In such cases, we will refund the amount after deducting 3.8% (rounded down) of the transaction amount.
